What is MSME/Udyam Registration?

Udyam Registration is the new registration process for MSMEs introduced in July 2020. It's a free, paperless, online registration based on self-declaration. The registration is valid for lifetime and linked with Aadhaar.

MSME Classification

• Micro: Investment up to ₹1 crore, Turnover up to ₹5 crores

Registration Process

Register online at udyamregistration.gov.in. The process requires only Aadhaar number and basic business details. Registration is instant and certificate is generated immediately.

• PAN of the enterprise
• Bank account details
• Business activity and NIC code
• Previous year turnover details
